SHIPPING POLICIES AND *FREE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
*BOATS AND MOTORS
- Boats and motor purchasing do not qualify for free shipping or free delivery
- We will provide you an estimate of the cost to deliver your boat. Most boats and motors are delivered via a boat transport company or locally by Fawcett for an additional pick up and/or delivery fee.
- Boats and motor purchases are able to be picked up by the customer at Fawcett Marine Services, 919 Bay Ridge Rd. , Annapolis, MD, from 9:00 am- 4:00 PM M-F and by appointment on Saturday.
*Retail Orders
*Contiguous US only (Excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
*Hazardous Materials:
Orders containing hazardous materials (included, but not limited to, batteries, CO2 cartridges, paint, cleaning chemicals, flares, butane, and propane) do not qualify for free shipping and are available for in-store pick-up only. Oversized items which exceed standard shipping dimensions and weights require freight carrier shipping, and do not qualify for free shipping. If your order qualifies for free shipping, but contains an item which does not qualify for free shipping, you will be charged the shipping cost for these ineligible items.
*Oversized Items:
Oversized items which exceed standard shipping dimensions and weights require freight carrier shipping, and require additional shipping fees to be determined based on the weight and dimensions of the item in question.
Drop-Shipped Orders:
We will notify you by email if your order is being drop-shipped from the manufacturer. Please open package upon receipt, inspect for damage and report any damage to us within 24 hours.
Delivery:
We will tell you honestly what to expect, rather than disappoint you with broken promises and failed delivery. Given the nature of the Marine Industry, it is impossible for any vendor or manufacturer to maintain a 100% fill rate. Most of the products are readily available and ship promptly. If there is a backorder problem, we will notify you and provide an estimated shipping date.
