High quality cooling water inlet hose for professional installations.

Type MWHOSE is made of EPDM rubber with synthetic fabric and spiraled steel reinforcement. The hose is suitable for cooling water, both suction and pressure
(max. 2.5 bar), salt and fresh water. It is temperature-resistant between -30° and +120°C.

Unlike lower-quality unreinforced hoses, MWHOSE will not kink or fold shut, thereby preventing a major cause of low seawater flow to the engine cooling system and consequent damage to the impeller and the exhaust system. Similar benefits accrue from the use of this hose for cockpit drains and other critical water connections.

I have had this hose fitted years ago to our “Diesel Duck 41” Trawler and after eight years of using the boat, going up the Orinoco River in Venezuela and as well rounding Cape Horn in Chile, this product performed perfect, no problems after all these years motoring thru terrible storms and calm seas too.
